One policy library, kept current
Every lender's live credit policy in one place — LTV caps, DBR treatment, accepted visa types, developer and building approvals, income multiples. Stop calling relationship managers to find out what changed.
Home For brokers
You know the client and the deal. We bring the policy library, the lender relationships, the submission tooling and the compliance — so your day is advising, not chasing.

Nobody leaves a brokerage because the commission split was a point too low. They leave because half the week went on chasing documents and re-submitting files that were never going to clear.
Every lender's live credit policy in one place — LTV caps, DBR treatment, accepted visa types, developer and building approvals, income multiples. Stop calling relationship managers to find out what changed.
The app checks a file against the lender's policy before it goes in. Fewer declines on your bureau record, and fewer deals lost at the last week.
Clients arrive having run their own numbers on our calculator. You spend your time closing rather than explaining what a debt burden ratio is.
Commission structure published up front, paid when the lender pays. No sliding scales you find out about at the end of the quarter.
How long you have been advising in the UAE, which lenders you are registered with, and what your current pipeline looks like. A short call, not a formal interview.
We check your RERA registration where applicable, run the standard background checks, and register you with any panel lenders you are not already set up with.
Two days on the policy library and the submission tool, then you shadow live files. Most advisors are submitting independently inside a week.
You get a dedicated credit contact for your first month, so an unusual case never stalls because you did not know who to ask.
We are not a lead factory. Advisors here carry fewer live files than the market average, because a file you understand closes and a file you are juggling does not.
We are also not the highest commission share in the UAE, and we will not pretend to be. What we offer instead is a book that converts, tooling that removes the administrative half of the job, and a panel wide enough that you rarely have to tell a client no.
If your current problem is purely the split, someone will outbid us. If it is that you spend Thursdays re-keying the same client into four bank portals, talk to us.

For the advisor roles, yes — we ask for at least a year of UAE mortgage advisory experience, because the policy detail here is specific and clients are usually mid-transaction. We do occasionally take people from UAE banking credit or real estate broking into a trainee track.
Both exist. Employed advisors get a base plus commission and a visa; experienced advisors with their own pipeline sometimes prefer a higher commission share on a self-employed basis. We will talk through which fits.
No. Leads come from the site, the app and our agency partnerships. If you do bring your own book, the commission share reflects that.
All 18 on the panel — Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB, Mashreq, ADIB, DIB, HSBC, RAKBANK, Standard Chartered, CBD, Arab Bank, NBF, UAB, SIB, Ajman Bank, Al Hilal, Bank of Baroda and Emirates Islamic — conventional and Islamic.
A short call first — where you are now, what you are carrying, and whether this actually beats it.
