Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. TRIPLE Mortgage Consultancy L.L.C. is a mortgage broker registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not a lender and we do not provide credit.
Nothing on this website is an offer of finance, a commitment to lend, or financial advice tailored to your circumstances. Rates, fees, loan-to-value ratios and tenors shown are indicative illustrations based on published lender policy at the time of writing, and change without notice.
Figures produced by our calculators are estimates for guidance only. They assume information you provide is accurate and complete, and they cannot account for a lender's own assessment of your file. Any actual offer is made by a licensed bank or finance company and is subject to that institution's credit policy, valuation and final approval.
You may not scrape, reproduce or redistribute the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Privacy policy
We collect the personal information you give us — contact details, income and employment information, residency status, existing financial commitments and documents supporting an application — in order to assess eligibility and submit applications to lenders on your instruction.
We share your information with the lenders you ask us to approach, and with the valuers, trustee offices and insurers involved in completing your transaction. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with lenders you have not agreed to approach.
Where you consent, a lender may check your record with Al Etihad Credit Bureau. That check is made by the lender, not by us, and only after you give explicit consent as part of a formal application.
We keep records for as long as UAE regulation requires and no longer than is necessary. You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to privacy@tripleuae.com.
Regulatory disclosures
TRIPLE Mortgage Consultancy L.L.C. operates as a mortgage broker in the United Arab Emirates. All financing is provided by UAE-licensed banks and finance companies regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.
We are remunerated by the lender, normally on drawdown of the facility. We do not charge you a brokerage fee. Our remuneration does not vary in a way that is intended to influence which lender we recommend, and we will tell you which lenders on our panel we have approached.
Maximum loan-to-value ratios referred to on this site reflect Central Bank of the UAE regulation and individual lender policy. They are subject to change.
Your property may be at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage secured against it.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Write to complaints@tripleuae.com with your reference number and what happened. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within fifteen business days, telling you sooner if we need longer.
If your complaint concerns a lender's decision, pricing or conduct rather than ours, we will tell you clearly and help you direct it to that institution's own complaints function.
If you remain unsatisfied with a regulated financial institution's response, you may escalate to Sanadak, the independent ombudsman unit for the UAE financial sector.
