What it is actually like
Regulated, and we take it seriously
We operate inside UAE Central Bank and RERA rules. That is a constraint, and it is also why the work is interesting — anyone can ship fast without compliance.
Advisors and engineers sit together
Engineers hear live advisory calls in their first week. The policy library exists because somebody who builds it watched someone lose a deal to a missing rule.
Visas, insurance, the normal things
UAE employment visa, medical cover for you and your dependants, annual flights home, and 25 days of leave.
Before you apply
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes, for all Dubai-based roles. We handle the employment visa and Emirates ID process, and cover the cost.
Can engineers work remotely?
Engineering roles can be remote within GMT+2 to GMT+5 so there is real overlap with Dubai. Advisory, credit and operations roles are Dubai-based, because they involve lender relationships and trustee appointments in person.
What does your interview process look like?
An intro call, then a practical exercise on something close to real work — a live-shaped mortgage case for advisory roles, a code exercise for engineering — then a conversation with the team you would join. Three stages, usually inside two weeks.
